Boil one chopped beetroot in a pressure cooker for ten minutes.
After it cools grind it into a smooth paste.
Add half tsp turmeric powder ,half tsp chilli powder, half tsp cumin powder and salt.
To this add one cup wheat flour and knead it into a dough.
On a rolling pin roll the dough and roast it on a pan
Enjoy the tasty paratha with curd or pickle
2-Pink Chef- Neha Mittal
It's quick, it's easy and is super delicious
Take one cup of semolina(suji), add 2spoons of sour curd, add water, add salt, the batter should not be thick and not runny, just the medium consistency. Then leave it for about 5 minutes.
Chop the veggies
Carrot, capsicum, onion, beans
Now take Tawa, heat it, pour one drop of ghee/oil
Spread the batter, put chopped veggies over it, cook it from both sides. It will take 1-2 mins approx.
Serve it with sambhar or coconut chutney or tangy peanut and tomato chutney.
