Salad recipes are everyone's favorite way to present vibrant, in-season – fruits and veggies that are so fresh and tasty on their own that you don’t need to do much to turn them into a full delicious meal. Here we are featuring #FoodieWednesday best 5 easy to make salad recipes (Summer Special) . Do try these out  -

1 - From Avni Rahul Katakkar 's kitchen -

My favorite summer salad -
- Mix chopped broccoli florets , tomatoes , red onions , zucchini & cabbage
- Add chopped garlic sauteed in few drops of olive oil
- Add tsp of salt & pinch of pepper
- Toss it well & it's ready to serve!

2- From Shivali Dixit Saxena's Kitchen-

2 egg whites, sliced carrots, beans, broccoli, tomato, zucchini and baby corn sautéed, sprinkle pink rock salt and pepper...A hot lemon grass flavoured green tea made my lunch a perfect treat!!!

3- From Sakin Sabun's Kitchen

Easy Peasy Salad
Mix chopped carrot, tomatoes, cucumber and pomegranate seeds.
Add nachos chips and 1 tsp of lemon juice
Sprinkle a pinch of pepper & 1/4th tsp. of black salt and chaat masala.
Mix it well & garnish it with coriander leaves.

Easy delicious veggie salad
Veggies used
- broccoli
-red and yellow bell peppers
-paneer cubes
-boiled macroni
Take a pan, put a little butter, then add all the veggies(diced)
-just saute it for about a minute
- add salt and black pepper as per your taste
- add a pinch of oregano and red chilli flakes
The healthy salad is ready to serve, try it!!

5- From Mrinalini Saurav Kakkar's Kitchen

Macroni Cold Salad
Boil a bowl of macroni by adding 1/2 tbsp of salt. Drain excess of water. In a bowl, add finely chopped onion, carrot and capsicum. Add already boiled corns to it. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and spices (salt, black pepper, oregano) as per the taste. Mix well. Garnish with grated carrot. Enjoy the delicious cold macroni salad.
