5 Best Summer Drink Recipes

Awla Sharbat

Ingredients:

Awla

Ginger

Lemon

Sugar

Salt

Recipe

1) Make sugar syrup 1:5 proportion of sugar and water

2) Add 1cup of awala juice

3) Half cup ginger juice

4) squeeze half lemon

5) Mix well with sugar syrup

Serve chilled by diluting with water for yummy taste

Creamy Coffee Delight (CCD)

In a pan, boil 2 cups of water with 1/2 tbsp coffee and 1 tbsp sugar (alter as per the taste). Cool it to the room temperature and refrigerate for half an hour.

Take a serving glass, pour the above prepared coffee water to one-third of the level. Add one scoop vanilla icecream to it. Pour soda/ limca/ sprite to the level just below the brim. Add one scoop of the vanilla icecream and stir well. Enjoy the coolness of icecream with warmth of coffee this summers with "Creamy Coffee Delight".

Raw mango - mint juice

Ingredients :

Half raw mango

8 to 10 Mint leaves

Salt to taste

2 tablespoon sugar

Pinch of rock salt

Half teaspoon cumin powder

2 Glasses of water

Serves 2

Cut the raw mango into small pieces. Blend it with mint leaves and sugar. Add two glasses of water and blend again. Strain into a bowl. Add salt, rock salt and cumin powder.Serve chilled with ice cubes.

Watermelon-Cucumber Mojito

Ingredients :

Diced watermelon,mint leaves,Diced cucumber, slice of lemon, coriander leaves,apple cider vinegar, ice cubes, some sugar (I use 'khaand').

Procedure:

Blend watermelon, cucumber,some mint leaves and coriander leaves in a mixer.t

Srain the juice through the soup seive and collect it in a glass (half) .

Add apple cider vinegar or soda as available to the remaining half glass of juice.

Add a pinch of sugar or as per your taste.

Add 2 to 3 drops of lime juice.

Add ice cubes and garnish with remaining mint leaves when served.

A refreshing,hydrating and a healthy summer drink is ready.

The Cucumber-Tulsi juice

Ingredients-

1 big cucumber ( I have used English cucumber here , you can use whichever available with you)

1/2 inch ginger

2 tsp shredded jaggery or jaggery powder

1 lemon squeezed

4-5 tulsi leaves ( mint leaves can be used too)

1.5 glass of water

Recipe -

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and strain , serve chilled with some ice cubes.
