Crispy Corn is one of our most popular recipes, and an all time favorite. For all the food lovers, indulge in this simple and tasteful corn recipe. Crispy corn is a spiced snack made by frying sweet corn kernels and adding some sauces to it. Add some twists to this by adding some lemon or chat masala on the top while eating, and you’ll want to eat this again and again.

Crispy Corn is ideal for parties, evening snacks for kids or just as an appetizer before the main course. Whether your kids come back from school in the evening, or are coming back after a tiring sport, this corn recipe will definitely cheer them up.

Ingredients To make crispy corn:

corn

toothpick

corn flour

rice flour

red mirchi powder

salt

chat masala

oil for frying

Recipe:

Put single single corn in toothpick and then take a bowl of water n boil it.

Put the corns inserted in toothpick in the boiling water for 1 min.

Take out the corn n put a little of corn flour n rice flour and mix them.

Put in in a freezer for about half an hour. Take them out after half an hour and fry them.

Put chat masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix them.

Crispy corns are ready to serve :)
