A healthy and a well-balanced diet can help your hair to stay beautiful and strong .Though certain factors like age, genetics can lead to hair fall and further damage. So it’s more important to get the right nutrients that can promote hair growth and at the same time prevent hair loss.
Here are some foods you must include in you daily diet to prevent hair loss:
Include Fatty acids like omega 3 play a key role and include foods – almonds, walnuts and fatty fish like salmon, tuna , in your diet.
Vegetarian diet lacks in Vitamin B6, B12 which is present in Banana, sweet potato, potato, spinach and other dairy products
Folic acid is also an important nutrient which is present in green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits. If you have ever noticed hair fall percentage during pregnancy is very less because of the intake of proper vitamin and other supplements on a daily basis.
Eat Protein rich food like mushroom, soybeans and spinach.
Follow a proper routine cleaning your hair .Wash your hair properly and with softens hands.
Head Massage with warm oil whichever suits you, protects your hair from harmful ultra –violet rays. You can use coconut oil, olive oil or mustard oil to massage your hair.
Do not try any chemical treatment. It might cause further damage to your scalp and hair roots.
