- You should have 5-6 meals/day. These meals have to be broken into 3 main meals i.e breakfast, lunch and dinner, 2 small meals which includes fruits, juices ,salad etc.
- Don’t take tea or coffee in your first meal.It will slow down of your BMR(basal metabolic rate i.e Metabolic rate is the rate at which your body burns calories. … In fact, the caloriesyour body uses for basic biological functions at rest account for about 60–75 percent of the total amount of energy you burn.). You can take some overnight soaked 5 to 6 almonds, 1apple, a glass of milk in your first meal .
- Don’t skip your breakfast. It is most important meal of the day because your stomach remains empty throughout the night and your brain wants energy so you should eat something within an hour ,you wake up in the morning.
- Include protein and carbohydrate combination in your breakfast i.e milk and milk products, sprouts, egg , paneer. These are good source of protein and cereals are also good source of carbohydrate.
