Opening The Mailbox
It was one of those two email accounts I have,
One is locked with the most complicated password,
The password has not been changed over the last twenty years,
As that mailbox contain letters of yesteryears.
It has witnessed our bumpy ride,
Those lovely memos and ugly fight.
And one day, with little hope when I opened it with apprehension,
Just to find the card of our wedding Invitation.
The mailbox still holds our love story tight,
It’s exciting, it’s trilling at every bite.
